The Home

In a small impasse of Les Portes en Ré, is the beautiful villa Shems en Ré, an ideal property for family holidays and very appreciated for its peace and quiet. Large of 160 m², the villa can accommodate up to 8 travellers and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

As you enter the Villa Shems en Ré, you will be conquered by its modern interior with "atelier" style details such as its metal staircase or the beautiful white wooden ceiling which blend perfectly into the décor and create a whole style. You will find on the ground floor a first double bedroom (160cm) equipped with a shower room, then on the first floor another double bedroom (160cm) with shower room as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds (80cm) sharing a shower room.

The little extra of the villa ? It has a bicycle garage and is located in the heart of the village, close to the market and the good restaurants of the island!

- Beds made on arrival,
- Swimming towels,
- Welcome basket (regional products),
- Intermediate cleaning with change of sheets and towels for stays of minimum 2 weeks,
The price of the Luxury Pack is calculated on request.

In addition, a concierge on-demand service to make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer various services "on-demand":

Rental conditions

- Children welcome
- Customers are asked to deposit their garbage by leaving in the containers provided for this purpose.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Noise (and loud music) are prohibited by law from 22h, thank you to respect that.
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 09:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 4.51 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
