- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Noise (and loud music) are prohibited by law from 22h, thank you to respect that.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Elle est aussi très fonctionnelle. Il nous a juste manqué des ventilateurs étant donné la chaleur cette année sur l’île de Ré.
La réservation avec Villanovo est facile, les personnes sont joignables par mail facilement et les réponses rapides.
