At 150 meters from the Trousse Chemise golf course and close to the 3 Cailloux beach, as well as the beach of the Lodge, you will stay close to a nautical site of Les Portes en Ré, perfect to dedicate your days to sport and to entertain your children if you travel with your family.

A family of 8 people will be able to go to the Villa Nomade, thanks to the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that the villa offers, with the addition of 3 private parking spaces. The villa extends over a living area of 150 m² and has a large garden of 700 m² as well as a superb secure jacuzzi.

Room, Terrace level, direct access to the courtyard. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom outside the room, private, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2 - Chambre Enfant :
Room, Terrace level, direct access to the courtyard. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom, WC are shared.

Room 3 - Chambre d'amis :
Room, Garden level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower. WC are shared.

Room 4 - Chambre d'amis :
Room, Terrace level, direct access to the courtyard. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Interiors
The interior of the villa is modern and convivial, perfectly adapted to a small family who came to spend a stay on the beautiful Ile de Ré.

If you are a golf enthusiast, take your equipment with you and take advantage of the exceptional location of the villa, just a stone's throw from the green!
