We really enjoyed the open space layout of the kitchen and living area to spend time together. The patio and pool area were also very lovely. We had a genuinely very nice and easy stay. Marie was very accessible from the time we arrived. The house was perfect for us, the amenities and the location. The house is very well kept, everything is in excellent condition. Any issues we had, Marie was very responsive.

Loved everything about the Villa and the loacation. Everyone in Villanovo were so helpful and so nice and easy to deal with. The girl that met us was a bit difficult to converse with due to language difficulties but we managed. The contract had stated there would be pool towels supplied but unfortunately they were not. But we managed.

Das Haus ist perfekt für zwei Familien, weil jeder durch die gute Aufteilung viel Privatsphäre hat. Wunderschöner Garten mit verschiedenen Bereichen und Ausblicken. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet inklusive Gewürze. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Das Angebot an Ferienhäusern ist sehr hochwertig und qualitativ ausgesucht. Wer wirklich schöne und geschmackvolle Unterkünfte sucht, ist bei Villanovo sehr gut aufgehoben.

Very well built house. Excellent outdoor kitchen and eating area. Quality materials throughout. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. The beaches were terrific. We would recommend the villa to other guests as long as they fully understand the shortcomings below. The house is very well constructed. The owners have excellent taste and it shows throughout. Veronique of Villanovo was excellent from start to finish. We were a bit confused by who was responsible for what when we had problems. It wasn't clear who we were to call with issues with the pool, the plancha, the coffee maker, etc. Angelique seemed to be in over her head and wasn't very helpful. The young girl who took her place at the end of the stay seems to be a significant upgrade in respect to her concern for guests.

La maison est très spacieuse et très bien située près des principaux commerces de l'île. Notamment en basse saison il y a moins de monde dans le nord de l'île donc le cité sud est mieux (lieu de situation de la maison). Nous étions très proches de saint-martin de ré (cela se fait en 5 min en voiture / 10-15 min en vélo). Il y a également de la place pour ranger les vélos que vous louez. La piscine chauffée à 30 ° était très bien. La propriétaire nous a également accueilli avec une petite attention de l'île de ré. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Véronique et Almaya sont très réactives pour les réponses à nos questions avant de réserver et avant d'arriver sur place dans la maison.

We loved the dimensions of the villa, different areas to sit, eat, play - ideal for two families. Also the well equipped kitchen and the back kitchen/laundry room, three refrigerators- perfect! All bedrooms with en suite bathrooms make life easier when travelling as a group - we enjoyed that a lot. The pool temperature was very pleasant, also the outdoor shower with restroom. The garden is beautifully arranged and well tended.

The villa was fantastic. Just what we were looking for. Plenty of space for 2 families and helpful hosts who made it all very easy. Veronique from villanovo was fantastic all round. The villa has everything as advertised and lives up to the pictures shown. General location is amazing in a quiet corner of the island with beaches very close - though to get to shops and to see places a car would be advised. All round it was a fantastic holiday in a lovely villa.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Véronique de l'agence. Il s'agit d'une maison familiale simple et fonctionnelle ; nous avons apprécié la grande piscine. Les extérieurs sont agréables, il y a un ensoleillement continu du jardin et de la piscine jusque assez tard. La localisation à quelques minutes de la plage est un vrai plus.

A great house, just as described in a quiet location. Easily accessible for bike routes to the larger tourist towns but lovely to retreat to a quiet, contemporary house with all the essentials needed for a great holiday. Compared to other houses nearby this house has a large garden if extra space is needed for a game of badminton etc. Supermarket and quiet square with the necessary patisserie only a five minute bike ride away (bikes are an essential accessory to make the most of this island). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to return.
