The Home

Villa Victoire is an ultra-modern villa that has retained the charm of the Ile de Ré in its decoration and atmosphere. Located in Ars en Ré, this magnificent house with hotel services can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for a trip with several people. The villa has a lovely 12 meter long swimming pool, perfect for spending a day in the sun, for more privacy.

The villa offers a main living space as well as an annex. On the ground floor of the main part, you will find a bedroom with bathroom and WC, upstairs, a second bedroom with shower room & WC; as well as a convivial reading area; a magnificent bedroom with fireplace (Can be made with a double bed (180) or 2 single beds), bathroom (shower and bathtub) & WC. Each room can be made with a double bed (160) or 2 single beds.

By staying at the Villa Victoire you will benefit from a top-of-the-range hotel service including breakfasts, daily cleaning, change of linen, maintenance of the garden swimming pool, restaurant and taxi reservations, babysitting, catering or chef at home, delivery of cooked meals... - Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
