Are you planning a trip with friends or family to the Ile de Ré soon? The Villa Pope is made for you! This traditional house of 100 m2 can accommodate up to 6 people, renovated 2 years ago, it offers a contemporary interior that will make you feel at home. The villa is located in the village of Ars en Ré, close to the bell tower of Ars and all the shops like bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores... A perfect location!

The house has a nice courtyard of 50 m2, as well as 3 comfortable and modern double bedrooms like the rest of the villa. Villa Pope offers a peaceful holiday atmosphere where you can enjoy a lunch in the sun with your friends, an afternoon in the village or even closer to the beach. On the ground floor you will find a cosy and fully equipped living room as well as the dining room and a modern kitchen, all for a perfect holiday.

- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
