Renovated in 2021 by a local architect, this charming house is located 300 meters from the sea, and benefits from absolute calm surrounded by nature. Villa Camaïeu, with an area of 120m2 and a 800m2 garden, has 4 modular double bedrooms each with private bathroom, which can accommodate a total of 4 adults and 4 children.

The friendliness of the house is appreciated throughout the year. From spring to summer, the large bay windows of villa Camaïeu enhance its sunny exposure. A modern fireplace makes winter stays very agreable.
The house benefits from top-of-the-range equipments in the kitchen area as well as in the living room and the dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 10 persons. Rooms are organized around the patio. Its sober and bright interior will delight you for your next family vacation.

Outdoors

Century-old trees are at the heart of a large sunny garden with a spectacular view. You can enjoy an outdoor plancha, a yoga area and a bowling green. Two private parking spaces are also at your disposal, as well as a garage and outdoor storage for bicycles.

Villa Camaïeu is located, on foot, 7 minutes from the supermarket and the Biocoop, 8 minutes from the village bell tower and 14 minutes from the famous Ars-en-Ré market. The Ars-en-Ré tennis club and its 3 tennis courts, 1 padel court and mini-golf are 300m from the house.

- Customers are asked to deposit their garbage by leaving in the containers provided for this purpose.
- During school holidays, minimum stay of 7 nights
- Each participant must have full insurance coverage for personal liability
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Loud music and noise outside after 11pm is not permitted by law, please respect that.
- Mandatory : liability insurance to be provided

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR

Comments

The house is beautiful in a very well placed and quiet area not far from the sea. Very well furnished and well thought interior design. The property is close to the beautiful village of Ars-en-Ré.

Nice service from Villanovo

I was told by Villanovo staff that the tennis courts could be used provided we get in touch with the Mairie. It was not the case at all. The tennis courts are private and it took us several days before we could find a nice woman who let us the key to use the courts. Please make sure you give the right information to your customers.

Also, we paid for the cleaning of the house after we leave so I find it strange that the concierge asks us to empty the bathrooms bins and to fold our bedsheets. We did empty the large kitchen bins as we were asked by the concierge however in my understanding the term "house cleaning" include this chore. I would prefer to pay more for the house cleaning but avoid these kind of tasks.
