The 20m² fully equipped kitchen is in an adjacent room.
The three modern and bright bedrooms overlook a tree-lined patio.


Outdoors

On the wooden terrace, facing south, you can enjoy the small garden with outdoor shower and no vis-à-vis.
You also have at your disposal a table sheltered by two shade sails, next to the barbecue and deckchairs.
The 8 x 3.5 m heated swimming pool is secured by a motorized bar cover.
