The spacious living room invites you to relax, with a fireplace and views of the garden and swimming pool. The dining room, which can seat ten guests, promises warm and convivial meals. The open-plan kitchen, with its central island and top-of-the-range appliances, is perfect for cooking enthusiasts. A summer canopy featuring exposed stonework provides an ideal shaded area for dining. The central patio, meanwhile, is a true haven of peace.


Outdoors 

The villa’s landscaped garden is a haven of tranquillity, adorned with flowers and inviting spaces. The heated, secure swimming pool (3 × 7 m – depth: 1.55 m) is perfect for a swim under the Île de Ré sun. The large enclosed garden, complete with outdoor furniture, features a dining area and a barbecue area with a plancha, perfect for summer evenings. These carefully landscaped outdoor spaces provide an enchanting setting to unwind and enjoy the long, sunny days.
