Room 5 - Chambre Enfant (Annexe 1) :

Indoors

The villa includes 5 bedrooms (of which three are located on the ground floor) and a TV lounge. The living areas features a living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, utility room and a separate toilet.  The villa annex consists of two bedrooms and a shower room and a separate toilet.
The size of the villa makes it the ideal place for a multi-family vacations. While there is a large lounge inside, the outdoors are made up of two terraces for a friendly pre-dinner drink or a quiet book reading moment.


Outdoors

The outdoor area has been recently completely refurbished. It includes a 11x3 heated swimming pool with a hard cover for a greater peace of mind regarding the security of the children. There is a small patio to shelter from the heat of the day.
These two outdoor spaces allow everyone to enjoy chill out moments. There is also a table to play ping pong.
Under the courtyard, the summer dining room is the ideal place for al fresco family meals.


Location

Villa Phénix is ​​a wonderful place to easily experience summer in Ile de Ré. Quietly located and a few minutes away from the village of Les Portes en Ré, a 10-minute walk from the shops and the lively summer market, parents and teenagers can easily set up their own agenda and activities. Beaches of Les Portes en Ré are accessible by walk or by bike in a matter of minutes.

Outside the peak season, Villa Phoenix villa can be rented in a 3-bedroom version (6 people max.) at an adjusted price.
