A cocoon of privacy and comfort
Located both at the gates of the village centre of Portes en Ré and by the sea, Villa Serenity has a surface area of 350 m², bordered by a superb 2,000 m² garden. The latter is well named because it is entirely designed to provide serenity and comfort. The villa consists of a main part and two independent annexes. The main house has 2 bedrooms, one parental and one with bunk beds, with en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area to share good local dishes with your family, as well as a lounge area leading to two terraces. The first annexe consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small private terrace. Finally, the second annexe has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The outdoor spaces are just as charming and pleasant as the house. From the lounge, access 2 beautiful terraces, one with a "Zen" pool and the other facing south to fully enjoy the Retais sun. Around the large heated overflow pool, a lounge area has been installed and a friendly area to enjoy moments with family or friends.
Adventure on the wooden path to the back of the garden to discover a superb relaxation area, hidden in the middle of the "angels' hair". It has a pretty wooden cabin in the trees dedicated to children, as well as a trampoline and a superb terrace overlooking the beach.
