Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom includes also office table.

Room 2 - Maison principale - 2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, shower.

Room 3 - Maison principale - 3 :
Master bedroom, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower.

Room 4 - Dépendance - 1 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.


Indoors 

The living area centres around a cosy lounge with a contemporary stove, a welcoming dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The large bay windows flood the interior with light and offer multiple views of the sea. Natural materials, soft colours and maritime-inspired objects: the décor combines modern style with the spirit of the Île de Ré, inviting both conviviality and relaxation. The utility room makes everyday life easier.


Outdoors 

The 1,800 m² garden guarantees peace and privacy. The large terrace is perfect for admiring the sea at any time of day. A covered dining area under a pergola makes family lunches linger, whilst the swimming pool (6 x 3 m – depth: 1.4 m) invites you to relax and unwind facing the ocean. Private access to the pebble beach in front of the house, the shaded areas under the pine trees and the separate outbuilding with a terrace add to the charm and rarity of the location. A barbecue, private parking (4 spaces) and a full range of outdoor equipment complete this idyllic setting.


Location

The house enjoys an exceptional location, away from the hustle and bustle yet very close to the centre of Rivedoux-Plage, its shops, market and cycle paths. La Rochelle Airport and the TGV station are just a twenty-minute drive away, whilst the island’s bridge, visible from the house, opens the door to the treasures of Charente-Maritime. From swimming at high tide and cycling in the fresh air to exploring the village, the villa is the ideal base for an unforgettable stay on the Île de Ré.

- Pebble beach in front of the house: swimming is only permitted at high tide as there are sharp oyster shells on the foreshore.
