La Casa

In a small impasse of Les Portes en Ré, is the beautiful villa Shems en Ré, an ideal property for family holidays and very appreciated for its peace and quiet. Large of 160 m², the villa can accommodate up to 8 travellers and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

As you enter the Villa Shems en Ré, you will be conquered by its modern interior with "atelier" style details such as its metal staircase or the beautiful white wooden ceiling which blend perfectly into the décor and create a whole style. You will find on the ground floor a first double bedroom (160cm) equipped with a shower room, then on the first floor another double bedroom (160cm) with shower room as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds (80cm) sharing a shower room.

The little extra of the villa ? It has a bicycle garage and is located in the heart of the village, close to the market and the good restaurants of the island!

- Basket necessary on arrival: Dishwasher tablets, sponge, washing machine tablets, toilet paper, etc...

"Luxury package" More complete, this service will answer to a vacation of excellence! It includes all the services offered in the "Tranquility pack", as well as others in addition:
- Beds made on arrival,
- Swimming towels,
- Welcome basket (regional products),
- Intermediate cleaning with change of sheets and towels for stays of minimum 2 weeks,
The price of the Luxury Pack is calculated on request.

In addition, a concierge on-demand service to make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer various services "on-demand":
- Delivery of groceries on arrival,
- Restaurant reservations,
- Massage and beauty treatments at home ...,
- Transfer from the train station or airport,
- Proposals for unique activities: horseback riding, boats ...,
These services are to be booked 4 weeks before your arrival.

- Il rumore (e musica ad alto volume) sono vietati dalla legge dalle 22h, grazie di averlo rispettato.
- L'organizzazione di eventi in questa proprietà è vietata senza l'accordo di Villanovo
- La casa deve essere restituito nella condizione di check-in. In caso contrario, le tasse possono essere a carico del cliente.
- Prohibito fumare all'interno della casa

- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 09:00 h
- Il pagamento sul posto di una tassa di soggiorno è da prevedere: 4.51 EUR per persona per notte

- Rata erogata da Villanovo alla prenotazione : 40 %
- 2° rata 45 Giorni prima dell'arrivo : 60 % del totale della prenotazione.
- Il prezzo totale della prenotazione non include le consomazione, pasti ed altri servizi in opzione comandati sul posto.

Condizioni e spese di annullamento

- Tutte le domande di modificazione e d'annullamento devono essere indirizzate via mail
- Le condizioni di annullamento si applicano in riferimento all’ora locale della casa
- La rata di prenotazione non è mai rimborsata in caso d'annullamento.
- Annullamento a meno di 45 Giorni prima dell'arrivo : 100 % del totale della prenotazione.
- Non presentazione 100 % del totale della prenotazione
