Das Haus

In a small impasse of Les Portes en Ré, is the beautiful villa Shems en Ré, an ideal property for family holidays and very appreciated for its peace and quiet. Large of 160 m², the villa can accommodate up to 8 travellers and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

As you enter the Villa Shems en Ré, you will be conquered by its modern interior with "atelier" style details such as its metal staircase or the beautiful white wooden ceiling which blend perfectly into the décor and create a whole style. You will find on the ground floor a first double bedroom (160cm) equipped with a shower room, then on the first floor another double bedroom (160cm) with shower room as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds (80cm) sharing a shower room.

The little extra of the villa ? It has a bicycle garage and is located in the heart of the village, close to the market and the good restaurants of the island!

- Basket necessary on arrival: Dishwasher tablets, sponge, washing machine tablets, toilet paper, etc...

"Luxury package" More complete, this service will answer to a vacation of excellence! It includes all the services offered in the "Tranquility pack", as well as others in addition:
- Beds made on arrival,
- Swimming towels,
- Welcome basket (regional products),
- Intermediate cleaning with change of sheets and towels for stays of minimum 2 weeks,
The price of the Luxury Pack is calculated on request.

In addition, a concierge on-demand service to make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer various services "on-demand":
- Delivery of groceries on arrival,
- Restaurant reservations,
- Massage and beauty treatments at home ...,
- Transfer from the train station or airport,

- Das Haus muss im Zustand der Check-in zurückgegeben werden. Ansonsten Gebühren können dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt.
- Events und Parties sind ohne vorherige Zustimmung von Villanovo verboten
- Haustiere erlaubt (nach Annahme des Eigentümers)
- Kinder willkommen
- Kunden werden gebeten, ihren Müll in den dafür vorgesehenen Behältern zu deponieren.
- Lärm (und laute Musik) sind gesetzlich verboten.
- Rauchen ist auf dem Gelände nicht erlaubt
- Sprache des Personals : Englisch - Französisch
- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 09:00 h
- Aufschlag einer Touristensteuer auf Ihre entgültige Rechnung: 4.51 EUR pro Gast pro Nacht
- Betrag der Kaution, die vom Eigentümer verlangt wird : 2 000.00 EUR
- Die Mietkaution ist in der folgenden Form zu zahlen : Vorautorisierung Ihrer Kreditkarte (Betrag nicht belastet)

Buchungsbedingungen

- Höhe der Anzahlung bei Buchung an Villanovo : 40 %
- 2. Zahlung 45 Tage vor Anreisetermin : 60 % des Gesamtbetrages sind an Villanovo zu bezahlen.
- Der Buchungspreis enthält keine Nebenkosten oder Leistungen auf Anfrage, die Ihrer letzten Rechnung hinzugefügt werden.

Stornobedingungen und Stornogebühren

- Änderungen/Stornierung der Buchungen senden Sie bitte eine E-Mail
- Die Stornobedingungen beziehen sich auf die Ortszeit des Villastandortes
- Bei Stornierung kann die Höhe der Anzahlung nicht erstattet werden.
- Stornierung ab 45 Tage vor Anreisetermin : 100 % des Gesamtbetrages sind an Villanovo zu bezahlen.
- Bei Nichterscheinen : 100 % des Gesamtbetrages sind an Villanovo zu bezahlen
