The living areas are pleasantly bathed in light all day long thanks to large windows.
There are 5 charming bedrooms in the main house.
The property also features two independent studios: one of 55 m² (with kitchenette/living room, bedroom, shower room and toilet - ideal for a nanny) and another one of 30 m² (including a dormitory/living room with shower room and toilet).
For your comfort and privacy, each bedroom of the property has its own shower room.

The villa offers pleasant outdoor spaces, surrounded by nature.
You'll enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere of its pretty wooded garden, as well as its heated pool (15x4 - secured).

Rental conditions

- All guests use any hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room facilities at their own risk
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Customers are asked to deposit their garbage by leaving in the containers provided for this purpose.
- During school holidays, minimum stay of 7 nights
- Each participant must have full insurance coverage for personal liability
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Mandatory : liability insurance to be provided
- Noise (and loud music) are prohibited by law from 22h, thank you to respect that.

- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
- Pool has no swimming guard

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
